If for any reason you're not happy with your order, our Return Policy ensures that you can easily return eligible products within a specified period. You can return most products purchased on Medisky within 2 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

- The product must be in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.
- The product must not be marked as non-returnable (such as personal care items, medications, or items with a hygiene seal).
Please note that Medisky reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons. These include:
- Personal care products (e.g., skincare, hair care, grooming items)
- Medications and health supplements
- Items with broken seals, opened packaging, or tampered products
- Perishable items
- Gift cards or digital products
Please ensure that you check the product details and condition upon delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Ship the Item Back: Once you've received the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Please make sure that the product is well-protected for transit. You can choose your preferred shipping method, but please ensure the item is returned to the address we provide.

Return Shipping Fees: Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process and may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds for Orders Paid by Card: The refund will be credited to the original card used for payment.
- Refunds for COD Orders: If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed to your bank account or as per the details you provide.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
